饲料行业作为我国经济的重要支柱产业之一,多年来一直为现代养殖业提供物质保障。但现阶段,随着养殖业的产业整合、资源环保约束增加、质量安全要求提高、市场竞争加剧等影响,我国饲料行业增速放缓,由以量为主的高速增长阶段逐步过渡到以质为主的整合提升阶段。在激烈的市场竞争下,企业面临着巨大的压力和挑战,企业若想充分发挥自身优势并从中脱颖而出,选择恰当的多元化发展战略至关重要。为了降低经营风险,管理层在战略选择与制定时需充分利用现有资源,避免资金过剩或短缺,并精准把控企业战略方向。财务战略作为企业战略的核心环节,其正确性对企业创造价值的能力具有决定性影响,因此研究企业当前现状并对现有财务战略进行优化具有十分重要的意义。 本文选取W股份公司作为案例企业,以W股份公司2018年至2022年的财务年报数据为依据,首先从投资战略、筹资战略、营运战略及股利分配战略四个方面分析企业当前财务战略现状。同时结合生命周期理论判定W股份公司所处生命周期,并对公司的战略选择及战略环境进行介绍。在此基础上,通过数据计算并构建了W股份公司的财务战略矩阵,得到企业在此期间内的可持续增长能力及价值创造能力的情况。基于财务战略矩阵理论,运用文献分析法、案例分析法及定量分析法,在研究阅读大量相关文献的基础上,借助财务战略矩阵模型工具分别对企业投资战略、筹资战略、营运战略及股利分配战略进行评价。指出W股份公司现阶段财务战略存在的问题,根据计算结果分析公司现有财务战略并对其提出优化建议及实施保障措施。 经研究发现,W股份公司在2021至2022年,处于资金短缺创造价值状态,因实施多元化扩张型发展战略所导致企业近两年缺乏大量资金。现阶段W股份公司存在投资回报率低、研发投入占比下降、筹资结构不合理、营运管理效率低、股利分配比例较高及分配形式单一等问题。针对上述问题对W股份公司财务战略提出优化建议,主要包括:及时调整投资策略、增加研发资金投入占比、探索多元化筹资渠道、优化存货管理制度、采用剩余股利政策及实施股权激励制度等。同时提出完善投资战略管理体系、建立财务预算监测系统、完善资金短缺预警机制以及加强信息系统建设的基础四个保障措施。通过对W股份公司财务战略进行优化,从而提高企业的核心竞争力,在现有资源的基础上实现企业可持续发展的目的,为其他想要进行多元化发展的企业提供财务战略方面的相关经验借鉴。 |

The feed industry, as one of the important pillar industries of China's economy, has been providing material support for modern animal husbandry for many years. However, at present, with the integration of the animal husbandry industry, increased resource and environmental constraints, higher quality and safety requirements, and intensified market competition, the growth rate of China's feed industry has slowed down, gradually transitioning from a high-speed growth stage dominated by quantity to a stage dominated by quality integration and improvement. In the fierce market competition, enterprises are facing enormous pressure and challenges. If enterprises want to fully leverage their advantages and stand out from them, choosing an appropriate diversified development strategy is crucial. In order to reduce operational risks, management needs to make full use of existing resources in strategic selection and formulation, avoid excess or shortage of funds, and accurately control the strategic direction of the enterprise. As the core link of corporate strategy, the correctness of financial strategy has a decisive impact on the ability of enterprises to create value. Therefore, studying the current situation of enterprises and optimizing existing financial strategies is of great significance. This article selects W Corporation as a case enterprise, based on its financial annual report data from 2018 to 2022. Firstly, it analyzes the current financial strategy of the enterprise from four aspects: investment strategy, fundraising strategy, operational strategy, and dividend distribution strategy. At the same time, combining the life cycle theory to determine the life cycle of W Corporation, and introducing the company's strategic choices and strategic environment. On this basis, the financial strategy matrix of W Corporation was calculated and constructed through data, and the sustainable growth and value creation capabilities of the enterprise during this period were obtained. Based on the theory of financial strategy matrix, using literature analysis, case analysis, and quantitative analysis methods, this study evaluates the investment strategy, financing strategy, operational strategy, and dividend distribution strategy of enterprises using the financial strategy matrix model tool after reading a large amount of relevant literature. Identify the problems in the current financial strategy of W Corporation, analyze the company's existing financial strategy based on the calculation results, and propose optimization suggestions and implementation guarantee measures for it. Through research, it has been found that W Corporation was in a state of capital shortage and value creation from 2021 to 2022. Due to the implementation of a diversified expansion strategy, the company has lacked a large amount of funds in the past two years. At present, W Corporation has problems such as low investment return rate, decreased proportion of R&D investment, unreasonable financing structure, low operational management efficiency, high dividend distribution ratio, and single distribution form. Suggestions for optimizing the financial strategy of W Corporation in response to the above issues mainly include timely adjustment of investment strategy, increasing the proportion of R&D investment, exploring diversified financing channels, optimizing inventory management system, adopting residual dividend policy, and implementing equity incentive system. At the same time, four guarantee measures are proposed to improve the investment strategy management system, establish a financial budget monitoring system, improve the fund shortage warning mechanism, and strengthen the foundation of information system construction. By optimizing the financial strategy of W Corporation, we aim to enhance its core competitiveness and achieve sustainable development on the basis of existing resources, providing relevant experience and reference for other enterprises seeking diversified development in terms of financial strategy. |
